Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased that you enjoyed your shaded pitch and accommodation, although we have taken note of your comment regarding cleanliness. Regarding the entertainment team and the situation you describe involving your 10-year-old daughter, we are very surprised and sorry to discover this incident through your review. No member of your family reported this issue to reception or to a manager during your stay. If your daughter felt embarrassed or singled out in front of other guests because she did not understand the instructions in French, this is obviously not the way we want children to be treated, regardless of their nationality. Our teams are expected to make every reasonable effort to explain activities differently when there is a language barrier, including through gestures when necessary. We particularly regret that this was not brought to our attention during your stay. A situation of this nature should be reported to us immediately, so that we can speak with the team member concerned, understand exactly what happened and take action if necessary. Discovering it only after your departure unfortunately prevents us from addressing the situation at the time. Nevertheless, your feedback will be shared with our Entertainment Manager, and the team will be reminded of the importance of welcoming and supporting non-French-speaking children appropriately. We completely understand your disappointment. After already being evacuated from another campsite, you unfortunately had to face another evacuation during your only night with us and therefore could not fully use the accommodation you had paid for. Regarding the unused night of July 24th to 25th, please contact us directly by email, providing your name and booking number. This will allow us to locate your reservation and review your situation in order to determine what solution can be offered. Since these exceptional events, we have received a very large number of requests, and our teams are working every day to review each case individually. If you have already contacted us, your request will be processed, and we sincerely thank you for your patience.
