« Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Loved the facilities. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and happy to provide suggestions. One negative - the WiFi was not good. I stayed in #137 and there was zero signal. »

« Lovely accommodation. We would have appreciated a change of towels for free during the week. Washing & drying adds expense, €6 to wash & €5 to dry. On site shop hours 7am-10am were very limited. »

« Caravan was dirty on arrival, beds were uncomfortable, cabin was very small and basic, wasp nest in bush in the garden. We asked for extra pillows and was told no you didn't do that! Every sign, menu instruction was in french, no english translation. »

« Excellent stay...hot tub was dirty on arrival but technical team cleaned and emptied it the next day. It shouldn't have been like this when we arrived given the price. Also an unclean hot tub is dangerous for kids. »

« Great premium accommodations in the Taos cottage, the village is well kept and designed. The heated outside pool is a significant advantage! Food quality and variety were lacking. Staff appeared to not have any experience with half-board service so this was very frustrating. »
